1. User Agreement

By accessing or using our ERP invoicing services, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws.

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and use of the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.

2. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with global privacy laws, including GDPR and relevant local regulations, to protect your data.

• Your data will only be used for providing invoicing and ERP services.
• Industry-standard encryption is used for data storage and transfer.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time as per our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, trademarks, and materials within the Service are the intellectual property of Aierpify.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
• You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the software.

4. Payment Terms

Our invoicing plans are billed either monthly or annually as per your selection. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

5. Termination and Cancellation Policies

You may cancel your account anytime from the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration or as per governing laws.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.

8. Compliance with International Regulations

Our Service complies with applicable international regulations, including GDPR for EU users and other regional data protection laws.
