1. Subscription Plans

Our ERP platform offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Details of pricing and included features are listed on the Pricing page.

2. Free Trials

Where applicable, free trials may be offered to all users to evaluate the system. No charges will be applied unless the user subscribes to any plan.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• Your account will remain active until the expiry of the paid period.

4. Refund Policy

• No automatic refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has started.
• Prorated or full refunds may be issued only:
• In case of technical failure lasting more than 3 consecutive days
• If service was charged in error

5. Change of Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Charges will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis in your next billing cycle.
